No Bake Energy Balls
I attempted making my own energy balls. With a ripe banana in the fruit bowl which needed to be used up, I thought I make Banana and Peanut butter energy balls.
This was my first attempt and not only are they super delicious and but healthy for you too. Healthy and yummy!
You can literally make these in minutes and then boom you can have them as a snack or for a quick breakfast bite.
Plus you don’t need the scales, just add roughly the amount as per ingredients.
Ingredients I chose for the Banana and Peanut Butter Energy Balls.
My Banana was nice and ripe which meant it was extra easy to mash.
Next grab a mixing bowl, a cup to measure and a fork.
Peel your banana and add to the bowl and start mashing with your fork.
Next, add your Oats. You will see here the size of the cup I used for this process.
Once you have added your oats, add the rest of the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
I used the fork to give it a really good mix up.
Once all mixed put the bowl with the ingredients into the fridge for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes roll the mixture into balls. I made some big and some small. Entirely up to you what size you want to make.
The mixture will be a bit gooey. After you have rolled the mixture into bowls. Place them on a plate and place in the fridge. I left mine for 2 hours and they set nicely.
Once 2 hours have passed they are ready to be eaten.
Remember to keep them in an airtight container once all steps have been followed.
