Hello, thank you for looking at my website. My name is Tracey Tripp and I live in the UK. For many years I have practised meditation and have studied energies for since I was a teenager. I have recently gained my diploma in mindfulness and certificates in mindful meditation plus 21 days to love your body. I am massive on believing you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Complete beach lover. I adore travelling. It really feeds my soul. My Daughter always seems really keen on travelling too. I have a passion for home cooked foods and delicious drinks, whether it's in a hotel, restaurant, or my own home. I try to cook gluten-free as often as possible.
